The Pedraforca mountain is an icon of climbing in Catalonia and climbing a route on the north face in summer is a difficult experience to forget. The proposal is to make a combination of climbing and ridge; the route is located on the north face (specifically we will climb the Civis Genís route of 6 lengths), and will serve to access the ridge of the Cabirols, make the summit of the Calderer and end up culminating the summit of the North thumb of Pedraforca. During the route of the ridge we will climb under the watchful eye of the "cat", which we will have to climb and rappelling to continue our feat, always enjoying the verticality of the north face on our right and feeling the atmosphere alpine at our fingertips. The guide will supervise the activity at all times and lead the rope from start to finish.
The Program We will meet at 9:00 in the village of Saldes and we will go to Pedraforca. Before starting the climb there will be a review of personal equipment and a review of safety rules.
