Program
On the first day of the course we will do it in a climbing school in the natural environment where we will climb long routes, we will do abseiling maneuvers, we will mount meetings in height (10 meters) and we will learn to organize the material. The second day we will go to the mountain of Pedraforca to make a long road equipped and easy to test all the knowledge acquired during the first class.
Objectives and contents:
Climb routes of various lengths as the 1st rope safely. Make meetings and secure with a partner. Practice and refresh the abseiling maneuver. Read and interpret a climbing review. Know and learn how to make specific knots.
