The course lasts only 1 day; aimed at those people who have previously received training in climbing various lengths but need to refresh and/or update themselves because they haven't climbed in a while or because they feel insecure while doing the maneuvers.

Program

We will start the day holding meetings at the foot of the road and resolve any doubts that arise. Then we will do a 1st length of a track to practice meeting at height and to secure the partner. We will rappel and choose a long route adapted to the level of the participant. The location can be both Montserrat and Berguedà depending on the weather or at the request of the participant.

Objectives and contents:

Climb 1 route of several pitches as a 1st roper safely. Conduct meetings and belay on 2nd roper. Practice and refresh rappelling maneuver. Read and interpret a climbing review. Belay with dynamic. Know and learn to do specific knots.
